Who we are 

Confianz specialises in assisting individuals and companies in property transactions in Spain.

We offer our clients a personal total service to buy or sell a property in Spain, paying particular attention to the legal and tax aspects.

December thirty-one, three o'clock in the afternoon. Yes! We have a verbal agreement to purchase a small penthouse on La Gomera. I call Glenn, whom I only know through an email inquiry.
